Soft washing is the safer way to clean siding and roofs
Pressure washing at 3,000 PSI or more can force water behind siding and strip shingles. Soft washing drops the pressure right down, often under 1,000 PSI and sometimes as low as 100 to 500 PSI, and lets cleaning solution do the work on mold, mildew and grime.

The right pressure for the surface, so vinyl, aluminum and roofing are not damaged in the process.
Cleaning that lasts
Solutions kill the mold and mildew rather than just knocking the top layer off, so it takes longer to come back.
Both options on hand
We carry soft wash and power wash equipment and pick per surface. Concrete driveways and decks get treated differently to siding.

Common questions
What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high pressure, often 3,000 PSI or more, to blast dirt off hard surfaces. Soft washing runs at much lower pressure, usually under 1,000 PSI and sometimes 100 to 500 PSI, and relies on cleaning solutions to kill mold and mildew. Siding, roofs and older decks do better with soft washing because high pressure can damage them. Driveways, walkways and patios can usually take traditional power washing.

Do you warranty your painting work?
Yes. Interior and exterior painting includes a 1 year warranty on our workmanship. If something we painted fails because of how it was prepared or applied, we come back and fix it. Ask us about the specifics for your job when we quote.
What paint do you use?
Benjamin Moore®. For interiors we can use lower VOC lines if you would rather keep fumes down, which matters in a house with kids or pets. If you want help choosing colors, we offer color consulting.
Do you take on commercial work?
Yes, mostly smaller commercial jobs: storefronts, offices, parking lots and exterior painting. Residential is the bulk of what we do.
